Two Paths for students to access 需求方 Services
Are you eligible for Services from 需求方?
To be eligible for support services through Disabled Students Programs and Services, 你必须:
- Have completed your application to “大学 and received your student ID (W#)
- Submitted disability documentation, either a
- Disability Verification Form or an IEP or 504 plan, and
- 完成了 进气形式 (在网上 适应), which will need renewed each academic year.
